OUR PROCESS
1. Discovery Call
We start with a conversation to understand your brand, product, and goals. We’ll identify what you’re trying to achieve, what’s currently not working, and determine the best creative approach. From there, we’ll align on scope, timeline, and pricing so there are no surprises.
2. Project Setup
Once we agree on the plan, you’ll receive a contract, invoice, and access to your personal client portal. Production begins once the contract is signed and a 50% deposit is received.
3. Pre-Production
This is where clarity is built. Together, we define the creative direction through mood boards, concepts, and—when relevant—scripts or storyboards. This ensures everything we create is intentional and aligned with your goals before we move into production.
4. Production
With the direction locked in, production begins. You’ll be able to track progress, review updates, and provide feedback through the client portal at key milestones.
5. Final Delivery
After production is complete and included revisions are addressed, the remaining 50% balance is paid. You’ll then receive access to the final deliverables in full resolution, ready to use across your marketing channels.

Hi. I'm Nate, a graduate from Florida State University in Physics and Astrophysics based in Miami, Florida. I started doing 3D work during my college career and quickly became obsessed. Shortly after this, I decided to dedicate myself to developing my style and improving my craft. Now, I've graduated and earned my degree, and am committed to helping brands level up their marketing through digitally-created content. My background in physics and mathematics gives me a unique edge in finding solutions to the difficult and complex problems I encounter when creating stunning visuals.
